The villa’s expansive gathering area seamlessly transitions from the indoors to a covered porch on one side and a beautifully landscaped cabana, pool, and sunbathing patio on the other. Enjoy the saltwater swimming pool, lounge chairs, or stroll down to the serene beachfront space perfect for playing or relaxing.

Expansive Seaside Patio

A 70 ft stretch of shaded and sunny patio space with comfortable seating and unobstructed views of the water where you can watch turtles swimming and sailboats anchored off Pelican Rock.

Safety and Security

Your peace of mind is our priority. The property is gated  with keypad access and an external security camera at the driveway entrance gate. It is fully fenced, except for the beach area, to keep out stray animals, ensuring your privacy and safety.  In addition, we have equipped the villa with state-of-the-art solar panels and Tesla Powerwalls to provide uninterrupted power during frequent outages from the local utility provider, WAPA, ensuring your comfort and convenience at all times.
